3 kaleb cars for a headlight. 2 kaleb cars for a bumper, 2 for a hood. 3+ kaleb cars for a door. A running 240D for a running board.

I think I'd opt for the 22 kaleb cars. Ought to be able to keep a few of em running for quite a while.

I thought running boards went out by 1946, except for the lowly MB 170, as a prewar holdover.
