My system only works from the drivers door. When it times out the pump
quits sudden after ~20 sec. and sometimes is difficult to reset. So I gave
up and left it timed out, but now realize that it drains my battery.
Now the thing is unplugged in the trunk. I am not desperate to get it to
function, but rather curious what is going on.
What seems strange is that when I disconnected the + battery cable which
should reset the pump I still read 1.5 A discharge. If it resets and does
not run it should not draw a current.
