Spring garden as in food? I wonder if that stuff is as bad as the
infamous 'Merd de Gat' (sp?). If so be careful you don't get a
woolly tongue.

I used to use the bagged composted manure. That is just saw dust
and some poop. It is better as a soil amendment in the Fall. I
think from here on out, I call up the lady with the alpacas and
bag some of their poop, mix it with soil and let it cure. Then
use that in my spring gardens.
