Yes indeed. That is why I specified "rust free."

I almost bought one back in (I think) the late 70s, when they first came
out. I test drove one all over for quite a while and the needle on the fuel
indicator didn't budge -- and no, it was not on "full", it was on half tank.


What were those, about 45 mpg on diesel?
