My coupes are both turbos but I drove a NA coupe once and it actually had decent performance. I think they may be a bit more reliable and easier to maintain with better longevity than the turbo. I would expect 29 mpg, not 39. They are heavy cars after all, the coupes are listed as only 80 lbs lighter than the sedan. I wish MB had produced a 115 diesel coupe.
