dickarde was a BIG fan of indian teas but i found his recommendations to be

of us who have been extendedly pretty much out of the loop, which is the
other list:?

There is an Indian fellow on the "other" list that has been importing and
selling tea directly from India.
You might wish to check him out.

What is your source of tea when you order it?
I too recall having some other kind of Earl Grey, maybe it was green EG
or
something, and it was good, but I never found it again and can't remember
where I got it.

I've never heard of it, but I don't see any reason why Irish breakfast
blend could not be flavored with bergamot.
I'd try blending your own, find the Irish breakfast blend you like the
best, and some Earl Grey, and use some of both to make a cup, Refine the
proportions, and you've got it.
I like my hot tea straight, not blended, but I like the iced teas better
blended. I'm drinking a 50/50 mixture of Darjeeling and Keemun iced tea
now. Love it. I also mix hibiscus with a cinnamon plum flavored black
tea
to drink iced. Very refreshing in the heat.
I buy all my tea on-line. Loose tea in bulk is much better than powered
tea
in bags from the mass markets.

Is there anywhere on the planet where I can buy "Earl Gray Irish
Breakfast
Tea" .... ? Last time I saw it sold was perhaps 2 decades ago and it
was
my absolute favorite. The other Twinnings irish breakfast just are not
the
same as well as others calling themselves "irish breakfast" teas.
