Put antifreeze in rather than water. That may assist you in determining if what is coming out is condensation or worse. Someone else suggested dye and that might be even more helpful.

I'd imagine that's just condensation, especially with how moist [and cold] your atmosphere is. Like anything, keep an eye on the coolant consumption and oil consumption for the first few runs before you really use it. I'd expect that you're fine though.
