Anybody got one? The elder son was asking me why his trunk didn't lock and if I could take a look. Seems that you can just yank up on the trunk lid and it opens.
I pulled it out on Sunday afternoon and found that pressing the button does nothing, regardless of the lock lever position. With this in mind I'm assuming that something is broken internally. The thing is riveted shut so I couldn't go any farther without destructive results and no way to close the trunk lid....
