If the rear struts don't leak fluid (ie don't leave significant puddles) they are fine. The internal dampers cannot wear out, the only wear items are the seals (resulting in leaks) and the balljoints at the bottom (resulting in creaks). Balljoints are available separately IIRC.

Sadly, the seals are not officially available, but I was able
to spend $20 at the local hydraulic shop and cured my one leaker.
