Two Questions - Two questions. 1. Will the power steering pump from my 1981 380SEL work in my 1982 300TD wagon? b. Are there any tech articles that explain the best way to replace the lower ball joint on the a 1982 300TD 3. What brand of ball joint should purchase for best quality? I a have seen Meyle, Lemforder, TRW and MOOG. c. Would I be better off buying a kit from Rusty and trying to rebuid the power steering pump. It is turning very hard, like it is not pumping.
