If you want a little more moisture, Seibert along I-70 is low population. There are also Flagler, Arriba, Genoa, Limon, Agate, Deer Trail. Closer in still, and larger, are Byers, Strasburg, Bennett, but then you are getting too close to the Denver International Airport.
