What would cause water (turned to ice by the following AM here) accumulate in the driver's side of the trunk....the depressed area right behind thewheel well?
As often as not it's the taillight seal. Water runs down the trunk channel and onto the taillight, and thence into the rear of the trunk. Glub, glub.
It's easy to test by looking with a hose or other water source. -- Jim
