Both of the VINs indicate it is a 190c not a 190Dc. I am positive you will find spark plug wires, not glow plugs under the hood. They are great for wiping out little fords, and Neons and such. Probably will wipe out riceburners with equal aplomb, then drive serenely away. Rust is bad news, but should not affect the ability to wipe out most small cars and then drive away. If ever a car deserved the term Panzerwagon, the 110s are surely in the running. They are great first cars for new drivers.
