I don't know how this applies to the 140 bumper cover situation, but I can
remember looking up a $80 Saturn plastic fender on Rock and finding it for
something like $38 plus $60 shipping. Needless to say, you were better off
buying it for $80. Maybe it would be different if you lived VERY close to the
warehouse Rock was shipping from.
