I'd guess a bakery would go well there too. Probably not much fresh bakery available.


The boy needs to buy that old truck, get a good-sized trailer and outfit it with a camper and a big kitchen then go into the mobile food truck bidness to sell good stuff to the rig workers. Combine his 2 trainings, drive that sucker right into the fields and shovel chow.
