Don't know about the euro part but it does have a turbo, you can
see the intake bow. It does have SLS as you can see the pump on
the front of the engine and you can also see the hoses going to
and from the pump just behind the radiator on the left side. Also
just a little bit of the SLS reservoir is visible at the extreme
left of the picture. There is however no AC or electric fan on
the front of the engine and a strange looking vacuum driven
cruise control activator. Never seen one like it on an 83 300TD.
I have 3 of them and have looked a about 5 more. Also never seen
one on an 83 300D.

Probably EUro or RTW version. Probably made without SLS, probably
NON-turbo, as Euros were NA. I think turbos were mostly
NorteAmerika
and Japan markets.
