Yes - with a device called a KVM (meaning "keyboard, video,
mouse).  Make sure it has the type of keyboard and mouse
connections you want.  I have seen a lot of PS2-style and not so
many USB.

I have a 4-port one that allows me to control any one of four
computers.  2-port are much more common and cheaper too.
