Hello gang, I'm replacing the front seal on my M115 (2.2L gas; similar block as OM615) and wondering if it is really necessary to have a puller for the balancing disc like it says in the book.
Has anybody removed the pulley and balancing disc before without a puller (not counting those with W116 300SDs that had them fall off on their own!) or do I need to get one, and wondering if I need the fancy MB one or will a generic puller do the trick?
