Just read an article about the most recent bug in iPhone IOS, which is triggered by a text message containing both arabic and english text.
Apple will first deny that anything could possibly wrong, then secretly work on it for months while selling new iPhones to users who end up in the forced reset loop, then finally release an update that fixes it but (a) won't admit that's what it is fixing and (b) break several other things, requiring another update.
