Do the powers that be require a concrete foundation in your locale?
My plan is to build a new and bigger shed - probably one that looks like
a small barn in order to get the storage room in the loft area. The one
we have now is one of those flimsy steel bolt together things and has no
ready means of attaching shelving etc.
I plan to make it in panels that will bolt together in case I ever
decide to remove it from the property.
Thus, no concrete floor. It will sit on pads.
