Looks like a Mustang? I don't disagree, but for someone who is looking for a convertible roadster it's a heck of a deal.
I kid you not, you could take the Pano top off and sell it for $2,000-$2,500 any day. They are in tremendous demand. A regular steel top can be found for under $500 if you wanted a replacement.
