How much below? That is 1000/m2 which is $ 1561.35/10.7639ft2 = $145/ft2 which is a quite decent price. I wonder how it would work in a warmer climate where AC is needed. The warm part can be dealt with by good solar design and a woodstove, but cooling (probably not particularly required in Wales) would be an issue. Could probably at least do a breakeven.
