Overload valve is disconnected and by-passed. ~ ~yep, you are exactly right, its going to either be that or the tank ~screen is plugging up. I am leaning more toward the overload valve ~since the problem goes at goes. If the screen was plugging up it would ~seem to me it would get worse and worse and finally not run at all ~rather than it only doing it every once in a while. ~
