When I was in high school dad gave me his old '84 Ford Tempo. The trunk lock
busted off its mount (inside so it would just spin, big fun) so we pulled it
out and opened the trunk with a big screwdriver. There was a technique to
finding the latch from outside and once I figured it out I got pretty good at
it. I never kept much in the car so it didn't really matter.People would try
all manner of things to get into that trunk but to my knowledge nobody ever
managed it. The trick was that dad had ground his screwdriver a little narrow.
Most screwdrivers that were long enough were too fat to fit the hole...

You have to pay the stealer to send the special Bavarian elves to go
inside and snip a wire.  That'll be $2809.89 please.

I have a 123 that can be started with a variety or things.  My
choice, outside the key, is a screwdriver.
