I wanta get inside cntr console and ashtray area of my 87 300D to run wire for my elec. mobility scooter. 'Thought I knew how to get ashtray assembly out, but unable to do it yesterday. Please remind me on ashtray assy andcntr console cover removal.
Don't have a 124, but on all the others it's substantially the same: you remove the tray itself (as for emptying) then remove the two newly exposed screws after which the tray's frame can be removed. -- Jim
