Probably not but you gonna argue with the guy who has a gun?
They can give you a $5/gal discount for being a local I think. The posted price 
is probably $8.50...

My tech just spent a week vacationing in Alaska.  He says they have local
and tourist prices for fuel.  $8.50/gal for tourii vs. $3.50 for locals. Is
this legal?
