Yeah, I hear you. We had a major washout on the highway to our cottage a couple of years back and I am sure it never got more than a couple of feet deep. A beaver dam let go and logs and such washed down a hill and accross the highway into the lake. It wouldn't have lasted long but it was a good thing there was no one in that spot at the time. It took out the pavement and left quite a hole.
