Replace the fittings on the oil feed lines to the camshafts.
They do go bad, and if the rear one on the drive's side blows out you can have seriously low oil pressure at idle.
The low oil pressure can also be caused by a scored seat on the relief valve in the oil filter housing that limits oil pressure to around 65 psi.
