NPR were hand-wringing this morning that the arrests in "working-class" neighborhoods might offend the sensitivities of the residents. The guy was extremely concerned about that. These neighborhoods are apparently "no-go" zones for people who are not the same kind of "working-class." The "working" that is going on appears to be stashing lots of weapons and bomb-vest materials by certain members of the "working class" there.
