Farook, the San Bernardino shooter, was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in California. There was no indication that he was a radical Muslim. Thousands of muslims like Farook have grown up in America, have no connection to radical muslim groups, and lead normal American lives. How do you identify those who are likely to commit atrocities?
