Dan, 
       I have experienced a high level of breakage this season with the USPS.  
I think they have all hired a bunch of seasonal employees and NOT properly 
trained any of them.  We ship antiques and you can't replace some items with 
any amount of money.  I plan to file a complaint with the USPS office in DC.  
Don't know it will matter, but I'll feel a little better anyway.
