Yes, all true.  The ferry fiasco came about because they tried to do B80-100 
with the fuel tanks close to water temp with massive heat loss which leads to 
gel.  First mistake.  Next was that running such high concentrations of BioD 
scoured the snot out of the fuel systems and nobody thought about the need to 
change out filters to keep them from overloading.  So, the benefit of a 
clearing out the engine boogers became a giant problem where there was 
sniveling that the fuel was making them need to change the fuel filters so 
much.   They were too lazy to swap out filters proactively and allowed them to 
plug up.
