Yes changing mine in 300CD made a world of difference in shifting & hesitating. It still has trainny issues but followed Dr. FRED'S RX. Take a fill of M1 ATF & call me in 10k miles. Downshift chunks disappeared & 3-4 up shift flaring about gone. Still hesitates going into reverse so not ready yet to declare a miracle cure.
