I almost suggested finding a young guy willing to work and willling to learn. Your "painter" has bad habits. But I kept my mouth shut until you called it.

BTW, I'm considering asking local high school vocational teacher if he can recommend a 17-year-old who will listen to and follow my instructions to get what I need done and, at same time, learn something useful for himself for the rest of his life.

Very clear and easy to understand to me. THey get a bigger bill if they make it more extensive.
