I've encountered some that would bust a snappy 1/4" breaker bar.
K'leb sez: I have removed a ton of them, the 1/4 is perfect as its small and gives you plenty of room. Never had a problem. I am sure any other flaps will have the same set, or if you can't find one or the pulley holder and HF I can pick up one for you.
