Oh man, might as well open the oil debate, at least we've been through that one 
enough everybody knows the words if you hum the tune.
I'd suggest if you make a good Western Union joint soldering is as good as 
anything.on the other handIf you've got a good proper crimp tool and not one of 
them crap things they see at the autoparts store a good crimp joint is forever.
Of course most of the automotive yahoos can't find their butt with both hands...
