[MBZ] sun visors

My new 240D has the lighted vanity mirrors, both of which are broken.  I 
have started looking for replacements and have noticed sellers selling 
just the vanity mirror section and not the whole visor.  I have never 
really paid much attention to these before but can just the center part 
be replaced?  How is it removed and held in?  I have seen several 
advertised and fitting 123 and 126 etc.  Is the mirror part the same?
