Ditto's - But I guess it's common knowledge on this forum that the old "Change 
at 3000" was an advertising gimmick with no basis in fact. Depending on driving 
style, where you drive/temps and speeds over regular distances such as a 30 min 
drive on the interstate Vs 30 min of stop light to stop light stuff, regular 
oil is good for 5-6K and synthetics 8-9000 mi. (Although some will naturally 
drive more miles IMO.
