I’m not sure how easy it would be to reglue the existing fabric, but JoAnn 
Fabrics has a bunch of different kinds of headliner fabric and the correct 
glue, too.  The R129 headliner I replaced has been there for almost three years 
and it’s still glued tight and looks great.

This is serious Martha territory...
