You must be one skinny dude. Kind of scary.
My 123 has 14 inch tyres and I don't think my 5 year old could get under there, let alone change tranny fluid and filter.
Did you dig a hole in the lawn and drive the car over it?

with two vehicle ramps (which are crap to drive onto but work nicely if I jack the car up and let it down onto the ramps), two light vehicle stands and two 5 tonne axle stands (which are the ducks guts)

How much clearance does a 123 have?
I did it on my W116 by crawling under it as it sat on the tires.
It helps to have a car that the PO installed 215/75R14 tires on.
I'm somewhat sure I didn't use ramps, but it's possible I've forgotten
that detail.
