115 Experts, The passenger side wiper does not move on the 75 240D. The shaft does not turn. I think the wipers were turned on when they were frozen to the windshield. Would someone be so kind as to post the short version of how to fix it? I hope it is not an onerous a job like the heater fan... Thanks,
