  The passenger side wiper does not move on the 75 240D.  The shaft  does not 
turn.  I think the wipers were turned on when they were  frozen to the 
windshield.  Would someone be so kind as to post the  short version of how to 
fix it?  I hope it is not an onerous a job  like the heater fan...

        The machine is a lease from Safety-Kleen they come and change it  
when needed it costs plenty. They have a bag with water at the bottom  
and solvent floating above. The drain in the tub lifts up and it just  
so happens a roll os Scott Toilet Tissue fits into the screened area.  
The sales guys don't tell you about it I figgered out all by myself.
