Somewhere in a city near you is a very specialized operation called a "Freight Forwarder". Find them, because it is their specialty to know all the customs issues, who ships what and on what schedule, for overseas shipments.
They will charge for their services, but it will be money well spent to have a professional handle customs clearance on both ends and shipping arrangements. Customs and Import people are VERY anal when it comes to having the correct documents .. any little thing and your shipment gets set in "Customs Impound" until it gets cleared up.. could take a month before you even find where it's been sent to be held..
