Have you lubricated all moving parts as well as the motor bearings if accessible? Have you tried Deoxit and WD40 and Rusteater (from Autozone) and all the lesser known lubricants that work for other DIYers? Have you wiggled and pushed on all the mechanical stuff after each lubricant?
