Maybe someone can tell you the dimensions of the support blocks. If not, cut some wedges out of 2x4s and take along 2 jacks. Jack up one end, then stuff the blocks/wedges in, then do the same on the other end. If you take a battery and some gas, it might even start and drive on the trailer.
