Hi Bill, I do copy the second line in, it doesn't work. Or rather the only time it doesn't work is when its an attachment. Curt - I also have problems with those. Two solutions: on eBay stuff just copy the item number [from after the 'z' to before the '00' I think - play around with it] and paste into the search; for other multiline items that don't all copy I do a click on what will copy, then when it tells me it can't find it I go back and copy/paste the rest of the item onto the back of the first. A bit clumsy, but it works.
