Missed the thread, I always let the SD and TD glow for about 5 sec  after light 
goes out...SD has the hyper-cool Beru pre-during-post glow  plugs and 
relay...any harm?

No, what I mean is the feeling the PO gets as you fiddle under
the hood and then drive off in his 'won't run' car.  Just like
you peed on him.
