Just bought my first box of 75 mg Zantac. Directions state to take one 30 to 60 minutes BEFORE eating to prevent symptoms, but can also be taken on the spot to relieve symptoms.
Question: If I eat 3 hrs. before bedtime, then wake up 3-4 hours later with heartburn, how should I take the pill? a. As directed - before eating b. At bedtime c. At 4 AM when the GERD attacks.
