Hi Gang -
Still want to remove my antenna mast - read the WSM and it tells of a unit
that must be removed from below - anyone have experience with that? It says
that type starts with the '92 MY and mine's a '91 so it *shouldn;t* affect
me.
I opened the trunk panel and could read the name on the antenna assy - it's
definately a Hirschmann - I could clearly read the name.
As I said before, I removed the retaining collar, turned the power on to
raise the mast, and tried to pull it upward - but it stops with a solid
'clunk' as if it's hitting something solid. Does the black rubber base need
to come off also?
I'm going to take another whack at it - any ideas?
