I want to have more fun with guns here as well. I need (want) a backstop
for a .30-06. I'm thinking of building a trap consisting of several (5 to
7) sheets of 3/4" plywood, separated by 2X4's on the long edge, with the
space between the sheets filled with sand.
Any thoughts on whether this would be sufficient to keep the .30-06 rounds
from exiting the back side? Soft points only, or would it work with FMJ
rounds?
