7.65x39 is the most massively produced CF round. Every tinpot
dictators has carloads of the stuff. It is also the cheapest available.

At one point they were about $100 each. The Chinese model (some of them,
at least) have chromed bores.
Perhaps a practical choice for a workhorse.
